    A few months ago, I had an accident and suffered deep cuts near my eyes and nose. I visited Lucknow Plastic Surgery, and my overall experience was genuinely very good. The doctor and staff were extremely polite and supportive throughout the process. The assistant took me to the operation theatre, and I was impressed by how hygienic and well-maintained everything was. They made sure proper hygiene protocols were followed with minimal unnecessary human touch. The doctor first asked me a few questions, carefully cleaned the wound, and then did the stitches with almost zero pain. The surprising part was that the procedure was done so smoothly that I barely felt anything. During the procedure, the assistant even played songs by Jubin Nautiyal on Alexa, which helped me stay calm and relaxed. The doctor was very patient and repeatedly asked me to let him know if I felt any pain or discomfort. After the procedure, he gave simple and practical instructions about care, prescribed only a few medicines and one cream, advised facial exercises with coconut oil, and suggested using sunscreen without promoting any particular brand. Overall, I had a very comfortable and experienced a much more than i have written, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team.

Who will see me and who performs the surgery?

Dr. Neeraj Upadhyay, plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon (MS, DNB, MCh Plastic Surgery, KGMU; MCI Reg. No. UPMC 53686). He sees you at the consultation and performs your procedure.

When is the clinic open, and when are operations done?

Consultations are every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at 5/432 Vikas Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Planned operations are done on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

How much will my treatment cost?

It depends on your case, for example the number of grafts in a hair transplant or the number of areas in liposuction. Dr. Neeraj gives you the cost at the consultation, after examining you and before you decide anything.

Can I see before-and-after photographs?

Yes. Patient photographs are shared only with consent, so Dr. Neeraj shows results for your treatment at the consultation, and the clinic team can share examples on WhatsApp.

Do you treat injuries, burns and nerve damage?

Yes. Alongside cosmetic surgery, the clinic treats hand and nerve injuries, brachial plexus injuries, burns and facial fractures. For a recent injury, call the clinic first so the team can prepare.

How long do hair transplant results last?

Hair transplantation can give long-lasting results in suitably selected patients. Graft survival and the final result vary with individual factors, the surgical technique and care after surgery. A transplant does not prevent ongoing hair loss in areas that were not treated.
